Hello, we are a registered online toy/gift store located in Bondi NSW. We post Australia wide and provide pick up by appointment from several locations including but not limited to Bondi, Northbridge, St Ives, North Turramurra, Waitara, Hornsby Westfield, Hornsby Heights, Asquith, Mt Colah or Mt Ku-Ring-Gai, if our customers choose to save on postage.

If you choose to pickup please contact us for a suitable location, date and time then enter PICKUP for a discount code to enable free shipping on checkout.

We ship to residential or business addresses. For orders shipped to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes or Parcel Collect, shipping rates are calculated for each order and will be advised prior to sending.  

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1- 2 business day of receiving payment. You will receive a tracking number when your order is booked and you can then track delivery. For interstate orders, tracking is only updated once it arrives at a depot.

Missing or Faulty Products
Care is taken to ensure that you receive the correct product and in good condition. However sometimes products are faulty and mistakes can be made.
Please check your order when you receive it so that you can ensure it is all in working order. If items are missing or are faulty, you will need to contact us within 5 days so that we can address the problem.
Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind after you receive your order we are happy to offer a refund for the product/s. All postage costs to return the product/s will be at your expense. We suggest that you use registered post as this provides tracking. We will not be liable for any parcels that are damaged due to lack of packaging or go missing in the post. You will need to contact us within 5 days if you have a change of mind and products need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Postage costs for your original order will not be refunded.
Products must not have not been used, worn, washed, opened, damaged or had any tags removed. They must be in the same condition that you received them in.
Change of mind and refunds for missing or faulty items will not be accepted outside of the above time frames.
The website owner shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the website owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
